1. General provisions

The website http://www.axioma.net.ua/ (hereinafter - the website) is owned by the limited liability company "INSURANCE CONSULTANT-AXIOMA" (hereinafter - the Company).

All items of intellectual property rights contained on the site, except for cases when this is separately indicated, belong to the Company by ownership right.

This Confidentiality Policy describes the procedure established by the Company for the processing of personal data of Users, collected using the Website, and related services and tools, in order to allow Users to register on the Site and use the services offered. In all of these cases, the Company processes personal data of Users exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

The purpose of implementing the Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection Policy is to prevent public access and disclosure of information owned by the User of our Website.

2. Terms used in the Confidentiality Policy

Website – a collection of data, electronic (digital) information, other items of copyright and (or) related rights, etc., interconnected and structured within the website address and (or) the account record of the owner of this website, access to which is carried out through the Internet network address, which may consist of domain name, entries about catalogues or calls and (or) numerical address according to the Internet protocol.

The owner of the Website is a person who is the owner of the account record and establishes the order and terms of use of the Website.

The user of the Website or the owner of personal data is a natural person, user of the Site, whose personal data is processed;

Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions of the Company, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data.

Personal data is information or data set about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

3. Access to Personal Data

In order to implement the functions and tasks of the Website and other goals related to civil legal relations between the Company and the user, the user, by means of this Website and the services for which the Website was created, grants the Company permission to collect, accumulate, process, store and use (including using automated means), transfer personal data to third parties whose owner is identified.

When the user uses the services of the Website, the Company processes the user's data, namely:

  • data provided by the user both when filling in registration forms and using the services;

  • parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).

The Company collects only such personal data as are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the User as a subject of personal data for the purpose of using the Website's services, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, constitutes the consent of the personal data owner to the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Confidentiality Policy.

The company is limited to collection of the minimum amount of information necessary exclusively to fulfill the request of the subject of personal data. In any case where optional information is requested, the user will be notified at the time such information is collected.

The personal data, for the collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use of which (including using automated means) the user gives permission to the Company, includes:

For individuals:

  • Surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, registration number of the taxpayer's identification card or other identification data (series and number of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine), unique entry number in the Unified State Demographic Register (USDR), phone number and e-mail;
  • information related to your professional activity: place of work, position, position category, specialty, qualification, scientific degree, teaching, etc.
  • other information;  

For legal entities:

  • Name of the enterprise, USREOU code of a legal entity or registration number of a tax payer's account card of an individual entrepreneur, location address, website, form of activity and additional contact data;
  • other information;

4. Disclosure of confidential information and personal data. Interaction of the Company with third parties regarding Personal data

The Company is released from the obligation to comply with the Confidentiality Policy regarding the User's Personal Data in the event that the User independently publicly discloses the Personal Data.

The Company has the right to distribute the User's personal data if the information obtained from the personal data is socially necessary, i.e. is a matter of public interest, and the public's right to know such information outweighs the potential harm from its dissemination.

The Company has the right to distribute the User's personal data with the corresponding written permission of the User.

The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is required by law, at the request of the subject of personal data, or in other cases set forth in this Confidentiality Policy. The Company uses all possible measures to protect the personal information of Users, voluntarily and knowingly transferred by the latter to the Company.

The Company reserves the right to disclose the User's personal information to any of the Company's employees, manager, policy holder, reinsurer, insurance agent, insurance broker, in the scope and purposes specified in this Confidentiality Policy and provided that such persons have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Company's requirements.

The Site may contain links to other websites (exceptionally for informational purposes). When you link to other websites, this Confidentiality Policy will not apply to such websites. In this regard, the Company recommends that you familiarize yourself with the policy in the field of confidentiality and personal data of each site before transferring personal data by which the user can be identified.

5. User rights

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", the User has the right to:

  • know about the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, location of the Company;
  • receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data;
  • access your personal data;
  • receive information about the processing of his or her personal data;
  • present and motivate the Company's possible objection to the processing of his or her personal data;
  • present and motivate the possible change or destruction of your personal data, if the data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
  • protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage in connection with intentional concealment, failure to provide them in a timely manner, as well as protection from the provision of unreliable information that tarnishes the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
  • file complaints about processing of your personal data to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Supreme Council of Ukraine or to the court;
  • apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
  • enter reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data.

6. Personal data storage period

Personal data for collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use of which the user provides access to the Company are stored indefinitely, unless otherwise established by the legislation of Ukraine or the user's will.

7. Destruction and deletion of Personal data

Personal data for collection, accumulation, processing, storage and use of which the user provides access to the Company are subject to deletion or destruction in the event of:

  • termination of the legal relationship between the user and the Company;
  • issuance of the relevant order by the Commissioner of the Human Rights Supreme Council and by the officials of the secretariat of the Commissioner of the Human Rights Supreme Council appointed by him or her;
  • acquisition of legal force by a court decision regarding the deletion and destruction of personal data.

8. Additional information

The limited liability company "INSURANCE CONSULTANT-AXIOMA" reserves the right periodically and without prior notice to the user to introduce changes and additions to this Confidentiality Policy, including changes to the requirements of the law.

When significant changes are made to this Confidentialiy Policy, the Company will post a notice on the Site and indicate the effective date of these changes.

By continuing to use the Site, the user confirms his or her agreement with the new terms of the Confidentiality Policy in the version valid at the time of using the Website.
